Host the ShareOrder Pro Mini Program
Before you begin
❗
-
Applicable scope: ShareOrder Professional Edition.
-
Role and permission: Use an admin account with ShareOrder management permission.
-
Prerequisites: Prepare test accounts, products, and price data.
Steps
Host ShareOrder Pro Mini Program (customize an enterprise-dedicated Mini Program)
Background
The ShareOrder Mini Program is a platform Mini Program. All tenants use the same settings and features, including Basic Info such as Mini Program name, short name, and avatar. It cannot support account-specific settings such as changing the Mini Program name or icon.
For enterprises that use a dedicated Mini Program, Downstream sees the dedicated Mini Program icon and name when signing in to ShareOrder:
In Order Management > Mall Settings > Mini Program tab, an account can upgrade the platform Mini Program (ShareOrder) to a dedicated Mini Program. Before the upgrade, the account must apply for an empty Mini Program and complete certification. If it is not certified, complete certification first, then authorize it to ShareCRM and complete feature packaging. After that, the account can use its own Mini Program and show its company name, logo, and entity information. The Mini Program can also associate with an existing official account for full-business connection and mutual traffic. NOTE: If a ShareCRM platform official account is bound, the bound Mini Program should use the same entity. Otherwise the Mini Program and official account cannot jump or share data.
Authorization notes:
- One WeChat Mini Program can be authorized to only one ShareCRM app, such as ShareMarketing, ShareOrder, or ShareService.
- To keep all features working, keep the default selection during authorization and authorize all permissions to ShareCRM.
- The Mini Program admin must authorize. During authorization, select from the Mini Program list. Otherwise binding fails. Select view notes.
Required enterprise Mini Program prerequisites
Before you upgrade to a dedicated Mini Program, the account must apply for an empty Mini Program and complete certification. If it is not certified, complete certification first, then authorize it to ShareCRM. The enterprise Mini Program also needs these prerequisite settings:
2.1 Complete the enterprise Mini Program Basic Info, including name, Description, and icon.
2.2 Because the template Mini Program introduces third-party plugins and services, the enterprise Mini Program must introduce the same plugins and enable the matching services in Mini Program admin.
Item 1: add the WeChat simultaneous interpretation plugin.
Steps: WeChat official platform > Settings > Third-party settings > Add plugin > enter
wx069ba97219f66d99 (plugin ID) > AddItem 2: enable the Get current geographic location and speed API service.
Path > Development Management > API settings
Application reason example: This business involves Delivery Address and needs the user location. Please approve.
NOTE: To increase the chance of approval, upload the following images at the same time.
After submission succeeds, the status becomes Applying.
NOTE: If you cannot see Go to enable, add service categories first.
Path: Settings > Basic Settings > Service categories > Details
Add categories:
Add these 2 categories (they do not need qualification materials): IT technology > Software service provider, and Merchant self-operated > Apparel and underwear (it does not have to be apparel and underwear; any merchant self-operated category is enough. If the account already has a merchant self-operated category, do not add another).
After you add them, you can enable Get current geographic location and speed in development management.
Item 3: overwrite server request legal domains:
Path: Development > Development Management > Development settings
After scan succeeds, paste the following domain text into the request legal domain box:
https://a9.fspage.com
https://ale.fxiaoke.com
https://apis.map.qq.com
https://hwcloud.fxiaoke.com
https://img.ceshi112.com
https://img.fxiaoke.com
https://pay.fxiaoke.com
https://restapi.amap.com
https://www.ceshi112.com
https://www.fxiaoke.com
Then select save and submit.
Upgrade and manage the enterprise dedicated Mini Program
Bind and submit/publish an update
- Path: upstream Order Management > Mall Settings > Mini Program tab
Select upgrade to an enterprise dedicated Mini Program. Open the scan-to-authorize page and authorize the empty Mini Program (the screenshot uses ShareCRM Xiaoshentong) to ShareCRM. NOTE: the Mini Program admin must scan to authorize.
After you select the Mini Program to authorize, the system prompts that authorization succeeded. ShareOrder name, icon, and other settings then follow the bound Mini Program.
The system then asks whether the WeChat Mini Program is authorized. Select Authorized.
The first time you bind, submit an update and wait for WeChat review. The page status shows In review:
After review Passes, the page shows Publish update. You must publish. After publishing, users can search for the dedicated Mini Program in WeChat and enter the ShareOrder mall to order.
After publishing succeeds, users can search for the dedicated Mini Program in WeChat and sign in to use ShareOrder. NOTE: If it is not the latest version, the ShareCRM bound Mini Program page shows Pending update. See section 3.5 version update to submit an update. Features match the official template Mini Program.
After authorization succeeds, the Mini Program tab shows Basic Info of the bound Mini Program, including authorization status, Authentication Status, version information, logo, and name.
Select operations to manage this bound Mini Program:
Go to sign-in
Select go to sign-in to open the official WeChat Mini Program admin and manage the currently bound Mini Program.
Re-authorize
If the Mini Program type changes, or you need to adjust permission authorization, you can re-authorize.
⚠️
The Mini Program you re-authorize must be the previously authorized Mini Program. You cannot switch to another Mini Program directly. To replace it, unbind the current Mini Program first.
Select re-authorize to open the bound Mini Program scan page and authorize again.
Revoke Authorization
Select Revoke Authorization to unbind the current Mini Program from ShareCRM. The tenant returns to the original ShareOrder platform Mini Program, including Mini Program name, logo, and other Basic Info.
NOTE: Revoke Authorization on this page only removes the relationship with the ShareCRM tenant. The WeChat server still treats the Mini Program as authorized to our platform. In Mini Program admin you can still see that the ShareOrder third-party platform is bound.
Complete Revoke Authorization steps: 1. Revoke Authorization on the ShareOrder console page. 2. In official WeChat Mini Program admin, remove authorization of the ShareOrder third-party platform.
Version update
If ShareOrder releases a new version, the Mini Program page shows Pending update. Select Submit update. ShareCRM automatically submits the latest ShareOrder version to WeChat review. The page then shows In review. After review, you can update to the latest version.
NOTE: After review, you still need to select publish on this page. Only after publishing can users use the latest ordering version.
After review Passes, you still need to submit Publish update before users can use the latest version.
NOTE: If Mini Program version publishing fails, a Resubmit review button appears. You can publish again manually.
Notes for enabling WeChat Pay
Accounts that need WeChat Pay must first upgrade to a dedicated Mini Program. Reason: WeChat online payment requires the Mini Program entity and the WeChat Pay entity to be the same.
Also turn on the online payment switch. Path: Setup > In-process trading rules > Payment configuration > Enable online payment
Configuration 1: connect a third-party account in the ShareCRM enterprise wallet
ShareCRM payment product services are provided by a third-party payment company. The enterprise must connect a WeChat Pay merchant and an Alipay enterprise account in the ShareCRM enterprise wallet.
Path: Apps > Enterprise wallet > Third-party accounts (legacy payment)
See this guide:
https://www.fxiaoke.com/mob/guide/fapp/zhifu/qianbao/%E6%8E%A5%E5%85%A5%E7%AC%AC%E4%B8%89%E6%96%B9%E8%B4%A6%E6%88%B7.html
Configuration 2: account association (AppID binding)
WeChat Pay transactions depend on the binding between the official account, Mini Program, or mobile app (
APPID) and the merchant ID (MCHID). After signing, the merchant must confirm that the current merchant ID is bound to the Mini Program appid before use.Method 1: Contact ShareCRM ShareService and bind it on the ShareCRM service-provider platform.
Method 2: Follow Scenario 1 in the official WeChat document and bind it yourself. If it is not Effective after binding, still use method 1: https://pay.weixin.qq.com/static/pay_setting/appid_protocol.shtml
NOTE: The merchant ID used in binding must be generated after you apply for a merchant when connecting a third-party account in ShareCRM. If the account already applied for a merchant on the WeChat platform, standard capability does not support it and custom development is required.
Online payment result
After configurations 1 and 2, still turn on the online payment switch. Path: Setup > In-process trading rules > Payment configuration > Enable online payment
On the order list and order detail, users can pay online directly. Alipay, WeChat, and bank cards are supported.
Expected results
Use a test account to confirm the saved settings take effect on the related pages and records.
Undo or roll back
Return to the configuration entry, restore the previous switch, layout, or rule values, and re-verify with a test account.
