Bind the service account and Mini Program menu
Bind ShareOrder to a WeChat Service Account menu so admins and order clerks can open it from WeChat.
Before you begin
❗
-
Applicable scope: ShareOrder Professional Edition.
-
Role and permission: Use an admin account with ShareOrder management permission.
-
Prerequisites: Prepare test accounts, products, and price data.
Steps
ShareOrder service account
After ShareOrder is purchased, the ShareOrder service account sends a notification to the ordering admin. The admin clicks the link and opens the Order Management app:
Ordering admins can view business notifications (orders, Payment approval, and similar) in the service account. There are also Latest Announcements (latest ShareOrder features and notes), Help Center (ShareOrder product manuals), and View Orders.
After purchase, the service account notifies the admin. The admin opens mall settings in Order Management and enables ShareOrder manually. This second confirmation reduces the risk of automatic enablement.
Note: In Setup > External Management > External Apps, you can view purchased apps.
Initialization notes
After ShareOrder is enabled, the system initializes in-process capabilities. It adds some logic and slightly limits some previous capabilities. See the table.
