View and track orders
Filter target orders in the order list, then open details to view payment, approval, and shipment progress.
Overview
The order list shows the orders you can see and their status. The details page continues with amount, payment, approval, and shipment information. Actual status nodes follow company configuration.
Before you begin

Role and permission: Use an enabled ordering account.

Prerequisites: The upstream enterprise has opened the mall and configured sellable products.
Steps
View my orders
- Open My Orders or the order list.
- Filter by order status, payment status, order time, or shipment status.
- Open the target order and verify products, amount, Delivery Address, and current status.
- Check the step bar or shipping records to confirm the current stage.
- To order again, click Buy Again and confirm the new order on the checkout page.

You can filter orders by life status, payment status, order time, and shipment status:
Place the order again
You can buy again from an order. Buy Again skips product selection and the cart, and opens the checkout page:
Admins configure the step bar in order details. It can include approval nodes and business nodes. Order clerks use it to judge current progress.

My Orders card component
You can drag an order card onto the home page and personal information. Clicking it opens the order list landing page for that status.
