Browse products and category navigation
Use mall categories to find products, confirm details, and add them to the cart.
Overview
The mobile mall supports browsing by category navigation. Use it when there are many products and you know the category but not the exact name.
Before you begin

Role and permission: Use an enabled ordering account.

Prerequisites: The upstream enterprise has opened the mall and configured sellable products.
Steps
Place an order from category navigation
- Sign in to ShareOrder and open Mall or Products.
- Open category navigation, select a level-1 category, then select a lower-level category if needed.
- Browse products in the category results. Open the target product to view specification, price, and sellable status.
- Select the order specification and quantity, then add it to the cart.
- Continue browsing other categories, or open the cart to review and check out.
- Category results show only products in the current account’s saleable scope.
- The selected specification and quantity are added to the cart correctly.
