Place orders in form mode
Create a sales order directly from the order entry, fill in order information, products, and quantities, then submit.
Overview
Form mode fits cases where products are clear, one order has many lines, or order fields are complex. You do not need to go through the mall and cart first.
Before you begin
❗
-
Role and permission: Use an enabled ordering account.
-
Prerequisites: The upstream enterprise has opened the mall and configured sellable products.
Steps
Quick ordering (form mode)
Quick order, or form mode, is often used by manufacturing companies. You create a sales order directly, like creating an order in CRM. It supports complex process logic such as UI events, functions, and validation rules.
Create an order
Submit an order in form mode
- In the order list or details, click New Order. You can also click Checkout Now in the cart to open the submit page.
- Verify the account name and Default Shipping Address filled in by the system.
- Add products and enter quantity, delivery requirements, and other order information.
- Expand more information and complete required fields marked on the page.
- Verify the final amount after promotion calculation, then submit.
Mobile effect:
NOTE: When you submit, click the right-side dropdown to fill in more information. If required information is missing, the system shows a blocking message.
Web effect

Mobile effect:

After you submit, order details provide shortcuts to view or create a Payment, shipping records, and account payment (requires Customer Fund Accounts). Use them as needed.
When the submitted order reaches the supplier, the ordering customer also receives an order-success notification. The notification is sent through the service account and ShareCRM.
Web orders support editing:
Scenario: after submit, if you ordered too much, you can edit directly. You do not need to withdraw approval first.
The downstream dealer sales order list adds an import entry for ShareOrder orders. This helps dealers who place many orders and many products.
Scenario: medical and FMCG accounts need to place orders from a contract, demand plan, or similar object.
Expected results
- After submit, you see a success message and can find the new order in the order list.
- Account, address, products, quantities, and amount in order details match what you submitted.
