Detailed description

What ShareOrder is

ShareOrder is an enterprise channel ordering system on CRM and PaaS. It provides a dedicated omnichannel ordering platform and one-stop ordering so upstream and downstream teams can collaborate on orders more efficiently.
Downstream dealers can order anytime in the WeChat Mini Program or ShareCRM App. Order, information, logistics, and funds flows interact across the upstream and downstream enterprise on one platform.
alt text alt text ##### Ordering modes
ShareOrder supports these centralized ordering modes:
alt text
a. Mall ordering:
Mall mode is the standard ecommerce path. It includes home, product, and cart menus, and the select products > add to cart > cart calculation business process. It fits companies whose process is not highly complex and who need a strong buying experience. In the mall menu, users can open product details and add items to the cart from the home page or detail page. The path is mall -> add products to the cart -> cart checkout -> submit order.
You can disable mall mode after you enable it. Path: Order Management > Mall Settings > Business Parameters > Mall mode.
b. Form mode:
Form mode creates a sales order directly, like creating an order in CRM. It supports complex process logic such as UI events, functions, and validation rules.
c. Quick order
Scenario: The mall adds quick order so users can skip cart checkout and place an order while browsing the product list. This helps dealers replenish urgent orders.
alt text
Value: Improve urgent replenishment efficiency for dealers.
d. Category navigation ordering:
Scenario: Mobile malls use category navigation so users can find products by category, then add them to the cart and order.
Function: Mobile adds a category navigation menu and bottom navigation. Users can view the category tree, browse third-level category images, and add products to the cart from a category.
Value: In addition to browsing the mall, users can locate products completely from category navigation.

Enable ShareOrder

After purchase, ShareOrder sends a notice to the ordering admin through the ShareOrder service account. The admin opens the link and enters the Order Management app.
Ordering admins can view business notices such as order and Payment approval in the service account. The service account also includes Latest announcements for new ShareOrder features and notes, a Help center with the product manual, and a View orders entry.
alt text
After purchase, the admin opens mall configuration in Order Management, enables ShareOrder manually, and confirms again to reduce automatic-enablement risk.
alt text
alt text
You can also view purchased External Apps in Setup > External Management > External Apps.
Initialization notes
After ShareOrder is enabled, the system initializes related in-process selling capabilities. It adds some logic and slightly limits some existing capabilities. See the table in the screenshot.

Maintain master data

e. Link a Micropage to the ShareOrder Mini Program
Function: Users can open a campaign Micropage from a promotion channel such as a WeChat QR code or SMS link. Clicking the ShareOrder component opens the ShareOrder Mini Program. Guests can browse the mall. They sign in or register only when they add items to the cart and place an order. Later External self-registration can close the loop for new downstream accounts.
Opening the Micropage link in a browser can also launch the ShareOrder WeChat Mini Program.
Pricing policy
For industries such as FMCG, agriculture, electronics, and apparel, you can enable promotions. After you enable promotions, the system adds promotion and advertising modules. There are old and new promotion versions. The new version is called pricing policy. The new ShareOrder supports pricing policy only.
Home advertising banners on web and mobile can open product, merchandise, or new-promotion links. Example for a promotion: alt text
