Configure multiple currencies

Before you begin

Applicable scope: ShareOrder International Edition.
Role and permission: Use an admin account with ShareOrder management permission.
Prerequisites: Prepare test accounts, products, and price data.

Go to Setup > Enterprise Settings > Currency Management.
In currency management, set the enterprise base currency.
Create target currencies for overseas business.
Maintain exchange rates between each target currency and the base currency.
Use a test account to open Partner Portals and switch currency in personal information.

The switched currency becomes the default currency for later orders. Prices are still controlled by Price Book and saleable scope.

You can enable multiple currencies for overseas needs, set a base currency, and create multiple currencies and exchange rates.

Use a test account to confirm the saved settings take effect on the related pages and records.

Return to the configuration entry, restore the previous switch, layout, or rule values, and re-verify with a test account.
