Configure multiple time zones

Let Channel Users switch time zones in Partner Portals personal information.

Overview

International Edition supports multiple time zones. Channel Users switch the time zone in personal information. Orders and business records then display time in the selected time zone.

Before you begin

  • Applicable scope: ShareOrder International Edition.
  • Permissions: Use an admin account with ShareOrder management permission, plus a test Channel User account.
  • Prerequisites: International Edition and multiple time zones are enabled. Prepare test accounts, products, and price data.

Steps

  1. Confirm the enterprise has International Edition and multiple time zones enabled.
  2. Sign in with a test Channel User account and open Partner Portals.
  3. In personal information, switch to the target time zone.
  4. Check the time display on orders and business records.

In Partner Portals personal information, you can switch time zones:

Expected results

  • After the Channel User switches the time zone, orders and business records show the selected time zone.
