Order in the International Edition

On the Web Portal, switch language, currency, and time zone. After you confirm localized display, complete overseas ordering.

Overview

International Edition supports overseas channel online ordering plus multiple currencies, languages, and time zones. Current product materials clearly record that language switching is web only. Mobile Client capability follows the actual edition.

Before you begin

Applicable scope: ShareOrder International Edition.
Role and permission: Use an enabled ordering account.
Prerequisites: The upstream enterprise has opened the mall and configured sellable products.

Steps

Overseas ordering

ShareOrder already serves some international accounts at scale. Product internationalization is still being completed. Overseas channel partners can order online through ShareCRM Web/App to improve upstream and downstream order collaboration and digitally manage overseas channel ordering.

Overseas channel partners order through ShareCRM Web and App

Sign in to ShareOrder on the web and open personal information or the language switcher.
Select an available language and confirm menus, objects, and fields display in that language.
In personal information, select the business currency and check the currency mark on product and order amounts.
Select the time zone and check Date Time fields such as order time.
Open the mall, select products, and before submit confirm language, currency, exchange-rate result, and receiving information.

You can enable multiple currencies for overseas needs, set a base currency, and create multiple currencies and exchange rates.

Multiple languages

In Partner Portals personal information, you can switch language. Use Switch language to switch to International Edition ShareOrder. Currently only the Web English edition is supported.

Object and field translations on the page are maintained by admins in the translation workbench. If a translation is missing or inaccurate, record the page and field name and send it to an admin.

Expected results

After you switch language on the web, internationalized pages display in the selected language.
Products and orders use the selected currency, and time fields match the selected time zone.
After submit, order amount, currency, and receiving information match the confirmation page.
