Multi-mode ordering summary
Mall mode is the standard ecommerce ordering path, commonly used in FMCG. It includes Home, Products, and Cart menus, and the select products -> add to cart -> cart checkout -> place order process. It fits companies whose process is not highly complex and who need a strong buying experience. Open the mall menu, view product details, and add items to the cart from Home or the details page.
📝
If you cannot see the mall, cart, or create-order entry, ask an admin to confirm the app view, menu, and permission.
On the web Product Details page, browse the introduction and rich-text details, then add to cart.
- The mall supports recently ordered items, Promotion Item, Promotion Activity, new arrivals, and favorites:
Form mode is a fast Ordering Mode often used in manufacturing. Create an order from the order list or details page. The submit page fills Account Name and the Default Shipping Address (Delivery Address). Complete Basic Info, review the promoted amount, and submit.
NOTE: Downstream Order Product defaults to Add from product only. There is no Add from Price Book entry. Contact ShareCRM CASM if you need a limited rollout.
