Use the partner connect portal and home page
Partner users access menus, object data, reports, data briefs, tasks, and notifications from the web or mobile home page.
Before you start
[!IMPORTANT] - Confirm that your account has access to Partner Connect. - Confirm that the upstream enterprise has configured the required application, role, and business rules.
Use the web home page
- Sign in to the Partner Connect web portal.
- Open a frequently used menu from the home page.
- Review object-level scenario data, reports, and data briefs.
- Open Tasks or Notifications to process business work.
Use the mobile home page
- Open Partner Connect in the mobile app.
- Review carousel banners and frequently used business entries.
- Review object-level scenario data and charts.
The upstream channel manager configures the home page layout. The content you see depends on your current role.
Expected result
The partner can open the provided menus and data content from the web or mobile home page.
