Configure the partner connect portal and home page

Before you start

[!IMPORTANT] - Confirm that your account can configure Partner Connect interconnected applications. - Confirm that the business objects, reports, and roles to be used on the home page are ready.

Configure the partner domain and landing page

1. Open Channel Domain Management.
2. Set the external domain name that partners will use to access Partner Connect.
3. Save the domain settings and verify that the domain opens the intended landing page.

1. Open the channel landing page editor.
2. Configure the logo, sign-in options, contact details, and other page content.
3. Save and preview the landing page before publishing it.

Configure the web home page

1. Go to Interconnection Management > Interconnected Applications > Partner Connect > Application Home Page (Web).
2. Select home page components.
3. Drag the components to arrange the layout.
4. Configure the menus, object-level scenario data, and reports to provide.
5. Save and publish the home page.

Configure the mobile home page template

1. Go to Interconnection Management > Interconnected Applications > Partner Connect > Application Home Page (App).
2. Select a mobile home page template.
3. Arrange the mobile components and display content.
4. Save and publish the template.
