Partner connect portal and home page quick start
This tutorial helps an upstream enterprise configure the Partner Connect home page for the web and mobile app, then verify entries, object-level scenario data, and reports with a partner user.
Before you start
- Partner Connect is enabled.
- Your account can open Interconnection Management > Interconnected Applications > Partner Connect.
- You know which business objects, scenarios, and reports the partner needs.
Configure the home pages
- Go to Interconnection Management > Interconnected Applications > Partner Connect.
- Open Application Home Page (Web).
- Select the home page components to display.
- Arrange the components in the required business order.
- Save the web home page.
- Return to the Partner Connect application.
- Open Application Home Page (App).
- Select a mobile home page template.
- Arrange the mobile components and content.
- Save the mobile template.
Verify the result
Ask a partner user to sign in on the web and mobile app. Confirm that the home page entries, business objects, scenario data, and reports appear and remain within the user’s external role permissions.
