Maintain export master data

Overview

Before you begin

Maintain account data

1. In the account list, create or edit the target account.
2. Enter the Account Alias and trading country.
3. Select trade terms and payment terms.
4. Save the account record.

## Maintain product data

1. In the product list, create or edit the target product.
2. Enter the English product name, UPC, and EAN.
3. Enter the packing unit, quantity per carton, and packing dimensions.
4. Add volume, packing list, and HS code.
5. Save the product record.

## Maintain trade data

1. In the country/region list, maintain the name, full name, and country code.
2. In the trade terms list, maintain common terms such as FOB, CIF, EXW, or CFR.
3. In the payment terms list, maintain the terms your company uses.
4. In the company entity list, maintain company, bank, tax, and logo information.

## Expected result

• Accounts and products include the fields needed for export.
• Countries/regions, trade terms, and payment terms can be selected on business documents.
• Company entity information can be used on trade documents.
