View channel inventory and flow
Overview
Track flow among the manufacturer, platform merchant, and dealers by product and lot number.
Before you begin

Permissions: You can view Inbound/Outbound Details.

Prerequisites: Channel inbound or outbound records already exist.

Query values: Prepare a product name or lot number.
Steps
- In the Distributor Management app, open Inbound/Outbound Details.
- In the query conditions, enter the product name.
- To locate a specific lot, enter the product lot number.
- Run the query.
- In the results, check inbound and outbound records for the manufacturer, platform merchant, and dealers.
Expected result
- The query shows matching Inbound/Outbound Details.
- Records connect product flow by upstream and downstream relationships.
- You can see which channel nodes a product lot passed through.

The channel distribution app belongs to the DMS multi-level distribution plugin. Multi-level flow might be unavailable if that plugin is not enabled.
