Maintain and view quality inspection reports
Overview
Maintain reports by product and lot, and make them available to downstream dealers.
Before you begin

Permissions: QA can maintain quality inspection reports. Dealers can view reports.

Prerequisites: Product, lot, and shipping records already exist.
QA maintains a quality inspection report
- In the manufacturer quality inspection report list, click New.
- Select the product and enter the lot number.
- Upload the report attachment.
- Save the quality inspection report.
After the manufacturer uses Create Shipment Order, the system matches quality inspection reports by product name and lot, and writes the report ID back to the Shipment Order details.
Dealers view reports
- In the quality inspection report list, query the target product or lot.
- Open the report and view attachment.
- You can also open the associated report from Shipment Order details.
Expected result
- The manufacturer saves the report for the product lot.
- Shipment Order details are associated with the matching report.
- Downstream dealers can view the related reports.
