Maintain initial qualification and account records

Overview

Manage dealer qualifications in one place, and bring valid documents into the associated account.

Before you begin

  • Permissions: You can create and edit initial qualification documents and account records.
  • Prerequisites: An admin enabled the Medical Device DMS plugin.
  • Master data: The target dealer and account already exist.

Maintain initial qualification documents

  1. In the target dealer’s initial qualification area, click New.
  2. For qualification type, select a business license, medical device operating permit, or Class II device filing certificate.
  3. In the validity field, enter the deadline date.
  4. Add the qualification number and attachments.
  5. Click Save.
The system calculates qualification status from the current date and shows Active or Expired.

  1. In the target account record, click Edit.
  2. In the initial qualification field, select one or more documents.
  3. Check the qualification information that is brought in.
  4. Save the account record.

Expected result

  • The dealer record shows the maintained initial qualification documents.
  • The account is associated with the selected documents.
  • Qualification status follows the validity period.
⚠️
Expired qualifications can block order save. The exact behavior depends on the GSP checks the admin enabled.
