Maintain product registration certificates and models

Overview

Relate registration certificates to products so authorization and order validation have a basis.

Before you begin

❗
  • Permissions: You can create and edit product registration certificates and product records.
  • Prerequisites: An admin enabled the Medical Device DMS plugin.
  • Master data: The products you need to associate already exist.

Create a product registration certificate

  1. In the product registration certificate list, click New.
  2. Enter the certificate product name and certificate number.
  3. Enter the certificate validity period.
  4. Add other registration information.
  5. Click Save.

  1. In the target product record, click Edit.
  2. In the product registration certificate field, select the applicable certificate.
  3. Check the product model information.
  4. Save the product record.
You can associate more than one product with the same certificate. Dealer authorization can use a product or a certificate.

  • The product registration certificate list shows the new record and validity period.
  • The target product is associated with the correct certificate.
  • You can select that product or certificate during authorization.
