Selection guidance
Manufacturing channel operations
Use Manufacturing DMS when you need one system for dealer onboarding, ordering, and multi-level distribution. Still enable ShareOrder and multi-level ordering according to your rollout plan and completion conditions.
Medical device channel operations
Buy the Medical Device DMS plugin on top of Manufacturing DMS when you need qualifications, registration certificates, dealer authorization, and product flow.
Export operations
Use the Export Management plugin when you need multi-currency export contracts, Export Shipment Orders, and trade documents. Purchase and enable multi-currency capabilities before you install it.
Use the ITT special price pack when a project must limit price, quantity, and validity. Downstream users also need Select products to place an order.
License relationship
The former Medical Device DMS suite is retired. The current product is split into Manufacturing DMS and the Medical Device DMS plugin. Confirm the base product license and the plugin license separately.
