Configure company entities and account extension fields
Overview
Prepare the company entity and account region fields used in medical device operations.
Before you begin

Permissions: You can configure company entities, account fields, and page layouts.

Prerequisites: The Medical Device DMS plugin is enabled.
Configuration content
The plugin adds these region fields to the account record:
- Country/region
- Province
- City
Steps
- In company entity configuration, check the entity content created by plugin initialization.
- In account object configuration, check the country/region, province, and city fields.
- Add the required fields to the medical device account page layout.
- Save the layout configuration.
- Use a test account to check field visibility.

- The account create and edit pages show the three region fields.
- Users can select maintained countries and administrative regions.
