Configure countries, regions, and administrative divisions
Overview
Maintain the region master data used by medical device authorization and account records.
Before you begin

Permissions: You can maintain countries/regions and administrative divisions.

Prerequisites: The Medical Device DMS plugin is enabled.

Data prep: You organized the country, province, city, and region levels your company uses.
Steps
- In Country/region, maintain partner countries. You can enter name, full name, country code, and numeric code. The country code can be 2 or 3 letters. Add a field only if you need both.
- In administrative-level configuration, define levels such as province and city.
- In administrative-region configuration, maintain regions by level.
- Check parent and child region relationships.
- Save the configuration.
Countries and regions
- Account records can select country/region, province, and city.
- Dealer authorization can select an authorization region by province or city.
