Initialize the export configuration pack

Overview

Create export objects, fields, layouts, record types, and page templates.

Before you begin

❗
  • Permissions: You can initialize configuration packs.
  • Prerequisites: The Export Management plugin is installed.
  • System dependency: Multi-currency is enabled.

Steps

  1. On the Export Management plugin page, open the initialization entry.
  2. Review the pack initialization content.
  3. Run initialization.
  4. Wait for the system to create the new objects and fields.
  5. Check preset layouts, record types, and CRM page templates.

  • Objects such as trade terms, countries/regions, payment terms, company entities, and Export Shipment Orders are visible.
  • Contracts, orders, and Shipment Orders show export record types.
  • Export CRM page templates are visible.

Notes

New page templates show only plugin content. Add menus as needed, or add the plugin content to an existing CRM page template.
