Install the ITT special price pack
In furniture and building-materials projects, a brand owner can let distributors request a special price. The special price includes a price limit, quantity limit, and validity period. When creating a special-price order, select products from special-price lines instead of an ordinary price list.
Overview
After you install the ITT special price pack, the tenant can create orders with the Special Price Request record type and add order products from special-price lines.
Before you begin

Permissions: Use an account that can install configuration packs.

Business prep: Confirm that the project needs price, quantity, and date limits.

Downstream requirement: After the upstream tenant installs the pack, downstream tenants still need the staged Select products to place an order capability. See Help Center > 835 feature introduction.
After installation
- After you install the pack, the create-order entry shows the Special Price Request record type.
- Order products can be added from special-price lines.
- After the upstream tenant installs the pack, downstream tenants still need Select products to place an order. Otherwise they cannot order from special-price lines.
