ShareAgent admin guide
This guide is for system admins who manage ShareAgent permissions and Skill bindings.
Entry Configuration
Step 1: Assign the ShareAgent Role
Find the ShareAgent role (formerly Sales Assistant Agent) in business feature permissions and add people.
Step 2: Configure the Main Navigation Entry
People with permission can see the Agent entry under web main navigation > More.
Skill Binding
Admins can bind Skills to ShareAgent in Setup so users can invoke them in Skill mode.
Users type/in the ShareAgent input box to see the Skill list that admins bound.
