ShareAgent user guide

This guide is for ShareAgent end users. It covers daily use and personalization.

Personalization

Personalization defines the ShareAgent name, address, role, communication style, tone, proactivity, and output format. After you configure it, ShareAgent matches your work habits more closely when it answers, asks follow-up questions, and generates content.
  1. Go to the ShareAgent settings page.
  2. Configure the following fields:
    • Name: Set an easy-to-recognize name for your ShareAgent.
    • Settings: Describe the role, communication style, and output preferences you want it to use.
  3. Suggested approach: State your role, the business you handle often, and your preferred answer length and format.

Usage

Usage shows your current remaining quota and consumption. Complex tasks, document generation, automated tasks, and heavy file processing may consume more quota. If your quota runs low, reduce the task scope based on system prompts or contact your company system owner to coordinate quota.
Usage

Personal Knowledge Space (Planned, Coming Soon)

  1. Go to Personal Knowledge Space in settings.
  2. Turn on the personal knowledge space.
  3. Select an available knowledge base, such as “My Knowledge.”
  4. Switch to Local Documents and click Local Upload.
  5. Add files and confirm the upload. Future conversations can use these materials to answer.

Memory Management

Memory helps ShareAgent keep track of your identity, preferences, and recent tasks over time. Common memory types include identity memory, system memory, and UserAgent memory. You can view, edit, or delete some memories to prevent outdated preferences from affecting results.
Memory Type Description
Identity memory Role, work style, communication preferences
System memory Current tasks, short-term context, long-term stored information
UserAgent memory Business preferences, tool strategies, common terms, and recent temporary notes
