How Do I Find the ShareAgent Entry?
People with permission can see the Agent entry under web main navigation > More. If you cannot see the entry, contact your enterprise admin to assign you the ShareAgent role in business feature permissions.
How Do I Use a Specific Skill?
Type
/ in the input box to open the available Skill list. Select a Skill to use it. The list shows Skills you created and Skills that admins bound to ShareAgent in Setup.How Do I View ShareAgent Consumption?
Go to the ShareAgent settings page and click Usage to see your current remaining quota and consumption.

- Use lower-cost models for simple tasks first.
- Reset conversations regularly to control context length.
