BI Components in Custom Pages

Web Version

The BI components supported for custom pages on the web version include:

• General Components: Charts, Filters, Split-Screen View for Charts, Dashboard.

1.1 Configuration Process

You can use BI components when creating/editing custom pages under Admin Console > Interface Customization > Custom Pages > New Custom Page.

1.1.1 Filter

Only one Filter component can be added per homepage in a custom page.

• Component Settings:

  • Preset Chart Global Filter: Configure whether Employee and Date in preset charts are affected by global filters.

  • Custom Chart Global Filter: Configure whether Employee and Date in custom charts are affected by global filters.

  • Default Global Filter Values: Set default values for global filters and whether users can modify them.

    • Employee: Default values can be set to Personal, All, or My Responsibilities (Dept.).

    • Date: Default values can be set to a specific date or date range.

  • Added components can be deleted in the action area.

1.1.2 Chart

After dragging the Chart component, select pre-created charts. A maximum of 10 charts can be selected at a time.

• Component Settings:

  • Component Height: Configure the height of added chart components.

  • Auto-Adjust Height (for table-type charts only): Enable height adjustment based on actual data.

  • Modify the display name or delete added components in the action area.

1.1.3 Split-Screen View for Charts

After dragging the Split-Screen View component, select pre-created BI resources.

  • Add folders and pre-created charts within folders.

  • Delete added components in the action area.

1.1.4 Dashboard

After dragging the Dashboard component, select pre-created dashboards.

  • Reorder or add additional dashboards.

  • Delete added components.

  • Enable/disable auto-adjust height for dashboards.

  • Hide the title if only one dashboard is added.

Mobile Version

The BI components supported for custom pages on the mobile version include:

• Basic Components: Filters, Charts, Dashboard.

• Preset Components: Sales Briefing, Lead Conversion, Sales Funnel (Opportunity Amount).

2.1 Configuration Process

You can use BI components when creating/editing custom pages under Admin Console > Interface Customization > Mobile Custom Pages > Page Template Management.

2.1.1 Filter

Only one Filter component can be added per homepage in a custom page.

• Component Settings:

Only one Sales Briefing component can be added per homepage in a custom page.

• Component Settings:

  • Modify the display name or delete added components in the action area.

• Data Analyzed:

  • New Accounts

  • New Opportunity 2.0

  • Customer Visits (Advanced Fieldwork)

  • New Contacts

  • Opportunity 2.0 with Stage Changes

  • New Follow-Up Activities

2.1.5 Sales Funnel (Opportunity Amount)

Only one Sales Funnel (Opportunity Amount) component can be added per homepage in a custom page.

• Component Settings:

  • Component Height: Configure the height of added chart components.

  • Modify the display name or delete added components in the action area.

• Data Analyzed:

  • Opportunity amounts by stage.

  • Total opportunity amount.

  • For detailed metrics, refer to Homepage Preset Charts.

2.1.6 Lead Conversion

Only one Lead Conversion component can be added per homepage in a custom page.

• Component Settings:

  • Modify the display name or delete added components in the action area.

• Data Analyzed:

  • Total Leads

  • Leads Converted to Accounts/Conversion Rate

  • Leads Converted to Opportunity 2.0/Conversion Rate

  • Opportunity Amount

  • Leads Converted to Sales Orders/Conversion Rate
