BI Components in Object List Page


Web Version

The BI components supported on the web version object list page include:

  • General Components: Charts, Filters, and Dashboards.

1.1 Configuration Process

Navigate to Admin Console > Object Management > Preset Object Management/Custom Object Management, click the object name, and configure BI components under Layout > List Page > List Page Layout when creating/editing the object list page on the web version.

1.1.1 Charts

After dragging the Chart component, select pre-created charts. You can choose up to 10 charts at a time. The available charts include:

  • Subject-based charts for the current object and employee subjects.
  • Reports where the primary business module is the current object.

Component Settings: - Name: Modify the display name. - Height: Configure the height of the chart component. - Auto-Adjust Height (for table-type charts only): Enable the component height to adjust dynamically based on actual data. - Delete: Remove the added component from the action area.

1.1.2 Filters

When configuring the Filter component on the list pages of the following objects, only one filter can be added per list page: - Account - Leads - Sales Order - Payment Collection - Opportunity 2.0

Component Settings: - Delete: Remove the added component from the action area.

1.1.3 Dashboard

After dragging the Dashboard component, select a pre-created dashboard.

Component Settings: - Reorder: Adjust the display order of added dashboards. - Add More: Add additional dashboards. - Delete: Remove the added component. - Auto-Adjust Height: Enable dashboard height to adjust dynamically. - Hide Title: Hide the title when only one dashboard is added to the component.

1.1.4 Campaign Insights

When configuring the Campaign Insights component on the Campaign object list page, only one component can be added per list page.

Component Settings: - Delete: Remove the added component from the action area.
