View pricing policy matches and allocation results

View promotion matches and allocation results.

Overview

After a pricing policy runs, sales users and sales managers need to confirm two types of results.
The first result is the pricing policy matched by the order or product line. The second result is the allocation of promotion benefits to promoted product detail lines.
Amount-based promotions allocate benefit amounts. Gift promotions allocate the value of the corresponding gifts.

Before you begin

[!IMPORTANT] - Role permissions: You need permission to view orders. - Prerequisite configuration: The order has matched a pricing policy. - Data conditions: The order contains products or order-level conditions that meet the pricing rule.

View the matched policy

  1. Open the target order.
  2. In order product details, find the target product line.
  3. Before the product name, check whether the Promo tag appears.
  4. On the product line, click Policy.
  5. Review the selected or available product promotion pricing policy for the current product line.
[!NOTE] The Promo tag on a product line only relates to the promotion product scope in the pricing policy. It helps users identify products displayed as promotion products during order entry. It does not directly determine the actual promotion scope.

View allocation results

  1. Open an order that has executed a pricing policy.
  2. In order details or related details, view the benefit generated by the pricing policy.
  3. View the allocation details table.
  4. Compare each promoted product detail line and confirm the allocated promotion benefit amount.
