Set available sales scope priority
Set how the system builds the product set when multiple available sales scopes match.
Overview
When an account matches multiple scopes, the system can use only products from the highest-priority scope or merge products from all matching scopes. The Enforce Available Sales Scope Priority switch controls this behavior.
Before you start
[!IMPORTANT] - Permissions: You need CRM setup configuration permissions. - Prerequisite: The feature is enabled, and scopes with different account condition types exist. - Impact: The switch changes the products available for selection in business records.
Steps
- On Setup > Price Management Configuration, find Enforce Available Sales Scope Priority.
- Turn the switch on or off according to the enterprise sales boundary policy.
- Save the configuration.

Matching rules
Switch on
The system matches account conditions in this order:
Specified Accounts > Meets Specified Conditions > All AccountsThe system uses the product set from all scopes in the highest-priority category. Products from lower-priority scopes are not available for selection.
Switch off
The system ignores priority and merges products from all matching scopes into the selectable product set.
Example
| Switch | Rules matched by the account | Final selectable products |
|---|---|---|
| On | The specified-account rule contains Products A and B. The condition rule contains Products C and D. | Products A and B only. |
| Off | The specified-account rule contains Products A and B. The condition rule contains Products C and D. | Products A, B, C, and D. |
[!NOTE] The switch is off by default and can be changed repeatedly. Turn it on to strictly control dedicated product lines for key accounts. Leave it off when users should see products from all matching rules.
Configuration terminology
The priority rules use Designated Account and Meet Specified Conditions.
