Configure available sales scope conditions
Configure account and product conditions to define who can purchase and what they can purchase.
Overview
An available sales scope uses both allowed-account and allowed-product conditions. A product appears in a business record only when it meets both condition types.
Before you start
[!IMPORTANT] - Permissions: You need setup or available sales scope configuration permissions. - Prerequisite: The target available sales scope exists. - Dependencies: Prepare account and product conditions, or identify the accounts and products to specify.
Configure allowed accounts
- Open the target scope in the Available Sales Scopes list.
- Click Edit on the scope details page.
- Under Allowed Accounts, select one option:
- All Accounts: Apply the rule to every account.
- Meets Specified Conditions: Filter accounts by fields.
- Specified Accounts: Select specific accounts from the account list.

Configure allowed products
- Under Allowed Products in the target scope, select one option:
- All Products: Allow all products.
- Meets Specified Conditions: Filter products by fields.
- Specified Products: Select specific products from the product list.
- Click Save on the scope details page.

[!TIP] Use Meets Specified Conditions when you want new objects to enter the rule automatically. This reduces the work of maintaining explicit account or product lists.
Expected results
- The scope details page saves the account and product conditions.
- Business records show only products that meet both allowed-account and allowed-product conditions.
