Configure available sales scope conditions

Configure account and product conditions to define who can purchase and what they can purchase.

Overview

An available sales scope uses both allowed-account and allowed-product conditions. A product appears in a business record only when it meets both condition types.

Before you start

[!IMPORTANT] - Permissions: You need setup or available sales scope configuration permissions. - Prerequisite: The target available sales scope exists. - Dependencies: Prepare account and product conditions, or identify the accounts and products to specify.

Configure allowed accounts

  1. Open the target scope in the Available Sales Scopes list.
  2. Click Edit on the scope details page.
  3. Under Allowed Accounts, select one option:
    • All Accounts: Apply the rule to every account.
    • Meets Specified Conditions: Filter accounts by fields.
    • Specified Accounts: Select specific accounts from the account list.

[!TIP] Use Meets Specified Conditions when you want new objects to enter the rule automatically. This reduces the work of maintaining explicit account or product lists.

Expected results

  • Business records show only products that meet both allowed-account and allowed-product conditions.
