Calendar and reminders overview

Calendar event is used to arrange work, meetings and collaboration matters within a specific time period; CRM Notifications is used to centrally receive system notifications, process messages and collaborative interaction messages.

Calendar event capabilities

  • Create personal or multi-person calendar events, set time, participants, reminders and associated business data.
  • View calendar events by day, week, or month in calendar view and check for time conflicts.
  • Set a sharing scope to allow colleagues to view authorized calendar event information.
  • Invite interconnected members to participate in calendar event collaboration in upstream and downstream scenarios.
  • Authorize third-party calendar services such as Outlook to synchronize with the system calendar event.

CRM Notification capabilities

CRM Notifications can be dynamically displayed and classified according to the messages actually received by users. Common contents include CRM notifications, approval messages, workflow messages, import and export messages, @My, replies, likes and report messages.
  • CRM notification blocking and classification filtering have been generally available.
  • CRM Notifications automatic translation still needs to apply for phased release.
  • CRM notifications, approval messages, Sales Record interaction and report messages can be synchronized to WeCom according to the activation scope of each message type.

Capability boundaries

Third-party calendar synchronization is an external calendar authorization and data synchronization, which is not the same as interconnected calendars. The blocking and classification filtering of CRM Notifications have been generally available; automatic translation and WeCom synchronization of different message types still have their own activation conditions.
