Configure the interconnected feeds component

Before you begin

• The organization has enabled interconnected apps.
• You have editing permissions for the corresponding page view.

Configure components

1. Enter the view editing page of the CRM homepage or the homepage of the downstream interconnected app.
2. Drag the Feeds-New component into the layout.
3. Drag the Feeds-View component into the layout.
4. Place components into grid containers as needed.
5. Set the view scope.
6. Save and publish the view.

Validation component

1. Open the CRM homepage using the upstream test role.
2. Check New and View Components.
3. Use the downstream interconnected role to open the interconnected app homepage.
4. Check the publishable types and visible data.

[!NOTE] Upstream and downstream support different post types. Page results are affected by both application, role permissions, and feed data scope.
