Track shipments and confirm receipt

View logistics records from a Shipment Order or order details. After the goods arrive and you verify them, confirm receipt.

Overview

After an order is shipped, you can view a single shipment or split-shipment records. The page shows carrier information and logistics progress only after upstream has entered logistics information.

Before you begin

  • Role and permission: Use an enabled ordering account.
  • Prerequisites: The upstream enterprise has opened the mall and configured sellable products.

Steps

Track logistics and confirm receipt

Track logistics

  1. Open Shipment Order. You can also open the order and go to Shipping Records > Track Logistics.
  2. Check whether this shipment is a single shipment or a split shipment, then verify products and quantities.
  3. View the logistics company, tracking number, and latest logistics status.

Confirm receipt

  1. After the goods arrive, first check the outer package, products, and actual quantity.
  2. Open the related shipping record and click Confirm Receipt.
  3. Fill in pickup or sign-off information if needed, then submit.
After upstream ships in ShareCRM, ShareOrder notifies you so you can confirm receipt and fill in pickup information

Expected results

  • The shipping record shows the correct shipment batch, product quantity, and logistics information.
  • After you confirm receipt, the record updates to received or the completion status defined by the company.
