Create and process Export Shipment Orders

Overview

Collect shipping, packing, and customs information so you can output trade documents.

Before you begin

❗
  • Permissions: You can create, edit, and submit Export Shipment Orders.
  • Prerequisites: The export order is saved.
  • Process requirements: Confirm whether your company uses an approval flow, business process, pipeline, or stage advancement.

Steps

  1. On the export order detail page, push a Export Shipment Order.
  2. In the Export Shipment Order, check the account and product information brought in from the order.
alt text 3. Enter the shipping method, port of loading, and port of discharge. 4. Enter freight, insurance, and whether customs declaration is required. 5. If customs declaration is required, enter the planned declaration date. 6. Complete shipment details, packing details, and customs details.
alt text 7. Save and Submit the Export Shipment Order. 8. Complete approval and processing through your company process.

Expected result

  • The Export Shipment Order is linked to the export order.
  • Shipping, packing, and customs information is saved.
  • After processing, you can print CI and PL documents.
