Create an export shipping notice

Overview

Before you begin

Steps

1. On the export order detail page, push a Shipment Order.
2. On the new Shipment Order page, select the Export shipping notice record type.
3. Check the products and quantities brought in from the order.
4. Select trade terms and shipping method.
5. Enter the freight forwarder, port of loading, and port of discharge.
6. Enter the departure date and arrival date.
7. Save and Submit the shipping notice.

You can also create an export shipping notice directly and maintain the fields manually.

Expected result

• The shipping notice is linked to the export order.
• The record includes shipping method, ports, and plan date.
• Shipping information is available for later fulfillment tracking.
