Configure GSP initial qualification checks
Overview
Control which medical device compliance conditions the system checks when an order is submitted.
Before you begin

Permissions: You can configure system parameters.

Prerequisites: The Medical Device DMS plugin is enabled.

Business prep: You confirmed the compliance checks your company needs.
Steps
- Go to System Settings > Parameter settings.
- Find GSP initial qualification checks.
- Enable GSP initial qualification checks.
- Select the qualification validity checks you need.
- Select the registration certificate validity checks you need.
- Select dealer authorization agreement validity, authorized products, and other checks.
- Save the parameters.
How to verify
- Create a sales order for a test dealer.
- Add a product that is outside the authorization scope or has an expired qualification.
- Submit the order.
- Confirm that the system blocks submit and shows the reason.
Notes
After you disable GSP checks, orders no longer run the selected compliance checks. Confirm the change with your compliance owner first.
